Anurodh Gupta is a PMP certified MBA professional with over 15 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Consulting and Analysis, Project Management and Lean Six Sigma. He has worked in various domains like Consultancy, Banking, Healthcare, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Research, Supply Chain Management, Pricing Management and Telecom. Anurodh has a successful record of driving worldwide large programs having significant revenue/business impacts and leading teams of business analysts and consultants. He has experience in recruiting and establishing Analytics teams and has been a guest speaker/lecturer for Data Science/Project Management/Soft-skills in various engineering and MBA colleges. Currently, Anurodh is the Head of Data Science - Compliance & Digital Transformation Office at Societe Generale. He is heading data science teams for 10+ portfolios including Transaction Monitoring System, Anti-Money Laundering, Financial Crime Client Risk, Digital Transformation Office, Embargo / Sanctions, KYC, Controls, Market Surveillance, etc. Anurodh is partnering with global stakeholders while achieving the bank's AI/ML agenda in Compliance with a team of 50+ data scientists. He is involved in defining a consensus-driven global data science organization for the division and is responsible for recruiting, coaching, and developing Data science Managers & Data Scientists. Anurodh is leading the data science part of multiple organization-wide initiatives impacting users across 25+ countries. In the past, Anurodh has worked with Accenture as a Digital Strategy Manager (Advanced Analytics- ML/AI) and with Verizon as a Manager - Predictive/Prescriptive Analytics. At Accenture, he managed strategy development and used functional insight and operating model skills to influence the client's digital agenda. He provided leadership in machine learning & artificial intelligence to analytics teams of data scientists and consultants. At Verizon, Anurodh led the Indian analytics team of Verizon Business Markets(VBM) while managing several programs like ART, Sales Forecasting, etc. He used advanced analytics to drive improvements in all aspects of Marketing from customer acquisition to customer retention along with program support for various key initiatives. Anurodh holds an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and completed his Class 12 from Kendriya Vidyalaya in Science (Non-Medical). He has a strong technical background and is skilled in Data Science, ML, AI, Research Scientist, Python, and NLP.
